Although largely overshadowed by Richard Kaczynski's excellent "Perdurabo" and other recent studies, this remains one of the most interesting and well written biographies of "The Beast." This copy from the library of British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET (founder of the music group Current 93) with his OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE on half title page. The publisher's description of the book reads: "An exploration into the life and works of a modern mystic, occultist, poet, mountaineer, and bisexual adventurer known to his contemporaries as 'the Great Beast.'" Very light rubbing to edges and bruising to corners and spine ends, page edges very slighlty darkened, else a tight, clean VG+ copy in VG+ dust jacket (Dust jacket is lightly rubbed overall, small brown spot on reverse of rear panel - not visible from outside, not clipped.
