The first edition of the fifth volume in the series of Grant’s "Typhonian Trilogies." This copy from the library of British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET (founder of the music group Current 93) with his OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE on the verso of front blank. In his youth Tibet was for a short time a member of Grant's "Typhonian O.T.O." with the magical name Frater Pavo 93. "Outside the Circles of Time" draws from a variety of different sources, ranging from Blavatsky’s "Secret Doctrine," Crowley’s "Book of the Law," and Lovecraft’s "Necronomicon," to the researches of Frater Achad, and in the process purports to reveal an occult "network more complex than was ever imagined: a network not unlike H.P. Lovecraft’s dark vision of sinister forces lurking at the rim of the universe." As is common with this edition, the pages are quite heavily tanned - more so at margins, otherwise just a bit of very light shelf wear typical for its age. Overall - a tight, unmarked VG+ copy in VG+ dust jacket (Dust jacket has a bit of rubbing to the edges, not price clipped. Dust jacket now protected in removable mylar cover.). Item #68422
