An attractive reprint of the Castle edition of Crowley's "Magick in Theory and Practice" (Book Four, Part III). This copy from the library of British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET (founder of the music group Current 93) with his OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE on the title page. The original Castle printing - circa 1960 - was the First US edition of this work, which is generally described as The Beast's magnum opus. It appears to have been reprinted as a direct (reduced size) facsimile of the original 1929 Paris edition. Light bruising to spine ends, top edge of text block a bit darkened and lightly foxed - else a tight, unmarked near-Fine copy in very lightly rubbed near-Fine dust jacket.
