The title on the title page has had "Son of" added in the author's handwriting - humorously indicating that it is a revised version of the revised edition. This copy is also inscribed on the title page by Harper to David Tibet: "David, With thanks for your help, Clive." Thus this copy from the library of British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET (founder of the music group Current 93). it also has Tibet's OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE on the title page. Two 11.75 x 8.25 inch sheet supplemental sheets (one "Corrections and Addenda" and the other with Italian and Polish translations) are loosely inserted.
