The second printing of this first separate publication of this essay which was first published in "The Equinox" Volume 1, Number 5 at the Spring Equinox of 1911. This copy formerly the property of J. Edward (Jerry) Cornelius, author, occultist, and friend, student and later biographer of Grady Louis McMurtry. Cornelius was the Lodge Master of Brocken Mt. Lodge, Ordo Templi Orientis, in Connecticut from its founding in the late 1970s through the 1980s, and this copy has the small ink stamp of the Brocken Mt. Lodge on the inside front cover and the bottom margin of the first page. Light vertical crease on front cover. Covers have hint of yellowing and some modest shelf-wear. Still a tight clean, VG+ copy.
