Stated first edition and also a pre-release "Review copy" and thus includes a cover letter to the recipient (not stated but recipient was Samuel Weiser Publishing), and a 7.25 x 5 inch glossy promotional photograph with b&w image of the dust jacket illustration, and related text. The letter reveals that although the publication year in the book is 1989, there were obviously production delays, as it was not formally published until January 1990. The book itself comprises an interesting selection of Crowley texts with Forewords by both Genesis P-Orridge and Robert Anton Wilson. Top edge darkened and lightly foxed, fore-edge has a few faint marks from handling, pages lightly toned, small erasure at top edge of title-page, else a tight, bright VG+ copy in near Fine mylar protected dust jacket.
