Wilhelm Reich (1897-1957), Austrian-born psychoanalyst and author, who was known for his unorthodox sex and energy theories; and who died in a US federal penitentiary, where he was serving a two-year prison term for distributing his invention, the "orgone energy accumulator". Stated first printing. Cloth a bit marked and faded, spine sunned, bump to upper edge of rear board.
