Hall, author of the massive "Secret Teachings of All Ages" and numerous other esoteric works. This copy INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on he front free endpaper to author, musician, dancer and studio-owner Gloria Dare Blake: "To Gloria Dare Blake with the best wishes of Manly P. Hall." With Gloria Dare Blake's ownership signature written on the front free-endpaper and her business card tipped above it. Gloria Dare Blake wrote a number of spiritually orientated books as "Gloria Dare" - which seem to reflect, in part at least, the thought of Christian Science. A little light shelf-wear to boards, endpapers unevenly toned and with a few brown flecks, the red from the titling has offest lightly onto the facing pages, edges of text block darkened and top edge a little flecked, still a tight, clean VG+ copy in G+ dust jacket (spine of dust jacket rubbed and darkened, panels a little darkened, numerous small chips and tears around the edges, and some extensive chipping to fold between rear-panel and flap.
