Illustrated with b&w photographs, notes and biblio. The first US Edition of Gardner's landmark work on the modern Witchcraft revival. Cloth slightly darkened with a bit of light overall shelf wear, cloth at spine ends a lttile chafed and with a short closed tear at front hinge, a few light bumps to edges and corners of boards, endpapers unevenly browned, pages toned and there are pencil notes and lines to about a dozen pages (only), which could easily be erased. Overall a tight, solid, VG or better copy (lacking dust jacket). Item #69964
