First published in 1929 by Hereward Carrington, a psychical researcher, and Sylvan J. Muldoon (1903-1971), a then young man who had experienced out of body states since his youth. The two collaborated on "The Projection of the Astral Body," which has remained a standard work on astral projection ever since.
