The stated first printing of the first edition of this important biographical study of Crowley by his one-time secretary and student Israel Regardie. A used copy, cloth rubbed with a few light marks, spine ends and corners bruised and a little chafed, slightly shaken. Edges of text block a little thumbed, owner's penned name on front inside front cover, front free endpaper neatly excised, text pages toned - a few light creases to page corners. Unmarked save for a few very light pencil notations (easily erased if desired) and a couple of coffee spots. Despite a good bit of use, this is still a serviceable Good + copy of this First edition.
