Hare (1909-1968), was an architect with a strong interest in the philosophy of design and natural philosophy who attempted to develop a new synthesis of the creative processes. The work: "Introduces a cosmology based on a conservative, spherical and oscillating universe which has three Euclidean dimensions in Space and three in Time, where time is viewed as an enduring sphere through which we flow".
