Author's signed inscription on front endpaper: "With affectionate regards from Lawrence Temple" dated July 21, 1943. The author recounts some of the hundreds of "automatic writings" and other messages for him received through seventeen psychics, and others, from Saint Francis of Assisi "on the other side" who is acting as his personal friend and guardian. Spine a bit faded and very slightly canted, corners bruised, light foxing to endpapers, paper slightly browned. Otherwise a tight, unmarked VG+ copy in Good+ dust jacket. (Dust jacket is darkened at spine and edges, light cup ring, chafed and lightly chipped at edges, not clipped. Now protected by a mylar sleeve). Item #21478
