Account of John Clark (1909-1967) an American geologist who spent twenty-months in Hunza, a small hill-state on the extreme north of Pakistan-held Kashmir. Spine slightly leaned, lower spine bumped, very slight tape mark to front blank endpaper, otherwise a solid, clean VG+ copy in VG dust jacket. (Dust jacket a bit chafed at edges and folds, rubbed and lightly chipped at edges with a few short tears, clipped). Item #28267
