A biographical study of Aleister Crowley, apparently drawn from the author's 1988 Master's thesis in History. According to internet sources the author is well-known in French far-right politics, as well as being active in the French Thelemic community. Loosely inserted is the front panel of an enveloped, with stamp, addressed to "Sir Nicholas Culpeper" presumably written in the author's hand, and a double sided printed prospectus advertising the book. From the collection of English bibliophile and Aleister Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper, ( 1942-2011) with his book-label on the front pastedown. Light rubbing, creased at front hinge, top edge a little darkened and dusty, a little foxing to the edges. otherwise a tight, clean near Fine copy. Item #39786
