Cloth a bit rubbed and slightly darkened, spine slightly canted, spine ends bruised and chafed with a small tear at lower spine, some nibbling to cloth at rear gutter, page-edges browned, one gathering (pp.179-198) a bit loose in binding, a few scattered spots of browning and offsetting, still a clean near VG copy (no dust jacket).
