Dr. Douglas Baker was the founder of the International Festival of Esoteric Science which had yearly meetings in various major cities world wide throughout the 1970s. He also founded the Claregate College ("the first of its kind to offer a systematized course in the Esoteric Sciences") with branches in the US and UK and is the author of numerous works on astrology and the occult. From the publisher: "In this work, Dr. Baker goes deep into a subject crucial to discipleship i.e., personality integration, an essential requirement for treading the path to enlightenment.
