A facsimile reprint of the 1659 First Edition of this classic John Dee text, with new introduction by Stephen Skinner not found in other editions. We have observed several different binding states of this volume: this state has a black leather spine, with publisher's imprint, and a pebbled cloth over the boards. A couple of tiny, pin-head sized indentations in the front board, a little light superficial wear to the boards, a hint of rubbing to the points, otherwise a sound, bright, tight VG+ copy.
