A large format Kessinger reprint of this unusual study of Hebrew words and letters by author and composer Antoine Fabre d'Olivet (1767-1825), which was originally published in 1815, d'Olivet's works on Biblical and philosophical hermeneutics influenced several generations of occultists, notably his fellow Frenchmen Gérard Encausse, Eliphas Lévi, and Édouard Schuré.
