This copy inscribed by Stewart Farrar with a previous owner's name and "Blessed be!" and SIGNED by both Stewart and Janet Farrar on the half title page. Stewart Farrar (1916 – 2000) was initiated, along with his future wife Janet (b. 1950), into Alexandrian witchcraft by the tradition's founders, Alex and Maxine Sanders in the early 1970s. The couple went on to marry and between them, authored a number of books on witchcraft and modern neo-paganism. This being a revised edition of Stewart's account of a modern witchcraft coven which was first published in 1971. Light rubbing and creasing to covers and edges, otherwise a bright unmarked VG+ copy.
