Privately Printed, ND (ca. 1923). A single sheet of thick quality paper, folded in two to give four 7 x 5 1/4 inch "pages." Text printed in black on pp (i) and (iii) only. Text written by A. E. Waite, who founded and headed the Order. The document is headed "Benedictus Qui Venit in Nomine Domini / The Fellowship of the R.'. C.'./ Form of Profession for Postulants." It is basically a pledge form for those who wish to join the The Fellowship of the R.'. C.'. Gilbert dates it at 1923. (Gilbert C27). Unused - the sections intended to be filled in by the applicant are blank. Fine condition. Item #61318
