This is a reprint (circa 1960s) of the Yogi Publication 1925 first edition. An unusual study of the Qabalah by Dr. Henry Pullen-Burry, who was amongst other things Sub-Cancellarius of the Isis Urania Temple No. 3 of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. Henry Burry Pullen-Burry 1855 – 1926) was a British physician who belonged to the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and is best known as an occultist and author of this volume on Qabalism, in which he challenges orthodox Qabalism, by offering a theory that the Tree of Life, the central symbolic diagram of Qabalah mysticism, should have 34 paths linking its 10 Sephira, instead of 32 paths, as is traditionally taught. Spine ends lightly bruised, page edges a bit darkened and dusty, bookplate to front pastedown, small flower ink-stamped on title page. Still, overall a tight, unmarked VG+ copy.
