A well illustrated, complete and practical guide to yoga in which Iyengar describes over 200 postures and 14 different breathing exercises in detail. Very light bruising and fading to spine ends, light bump to lower corner of rear board, upper edge of final 4 page a bit uneven (binders fault, no loss of text). Overall a lovely tight, bright and unmarked VG+ copy in VG+ dust jacket (Dust jacket lightly chafed and creased at all edges and folds, pin-head sized hole at fore-edge of upper panel, upper edge of inner flaps a bit browned, not clipped, now protected by a mylar sleeve).
