Scarce first edition of Ballard's explanation of his unique theory regarding the original purpose for which the pyramids were built. Spine darkened and chafed at edges and ends with some fraying, corners bruised and chafed, boards darkened and rear hinge rubbed but solid. A few light bumps and a bit of chafing to edges, page edges darkened, front endpaper gutters cracked - but hinge quite solid, pages lightly toned, unmarked.
