The scarce first edition of one of Yogananda's most important works. Yogananda [born Mukunda Lal Ghosh] (1893 – 1952), was the first great yoga master to live in the West for a long period (over 30 years), during which time he initiated over countless students into the practice of Yoga. Very slight darkening and a few small marks to cloth, spine ends bruised and rubbed, first two leaves (both blanks) splitting at inner margins (but holding well), pages toned, no internal marks.
