The first US edition of this scarce work by the "Queen of the Sabbat and the High Priest of the Sheffield Coven of Witches" Patricia Crowther (b. 1927) and her then-husband Arnold Crowther (1909-1974). Patricia Crowther was initiated into witchcraft by Gerald Gardner in 1960 and became the High Priestess of the Sheffield Coven which she and Arnold founded in 1961. This new edition includes and Introduction by Leo Martello and additional illustrations by Alden Cole. Covers a bit rubbed and slightly darkened, light crease to spine and spine ends a bit chafed, private library inkstamps end papers, and title page, pages lightly toned but unmarked.
