The first edition of this Portuguese translation of Crowley's 'Book Four, Part I, Yoga and Magic', with additional materials by Motta. It includes a 5 page "Manifesto da O.T.O." that does not appear in the English language edition which was published the following year. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. A much read copy, covers darkened and a bit discoloured, all edges chafed, spine darkened and worn with some minor loss at both ends, page edges darkened and thumbed, tiny owner's name ink stamped at lower edge of title page. Still a tight and unmarked Good + copy. Scarce. Item #67120
