A journal edited by Frank Harris, a long term associate and friend of Aleister Crowley's, who contributed to a number of other issues of "Pearsons." [NB There are no Crowley pieces in this issue] This issue includes a number of articles by Harris, notably: "'The Souls' and 'The Smart Set'", "The Magic Glasses" (originally published in Aleister Crowley's "The Equinox" Vol. I, No. I, "John Tyndall, a Pen Portrait", and various editorial comments. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. Covers a little rubbed and darkened, chafed at edges, lightly chipped at spine, pages browned, unmarked. Still, about a VG copy of this scarce periodical. Item #67155
