The comprehensive single volume edition of Regardie's publication of the texts of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the group which provided Aleister Crowley with his esoteric apprenticeship. This is the third printing of what is actually the fifth major revision of the work by Regardie. Cloth a bit rubbed overall with some marks from handling (a couple of largish dark spots to cloth of front board, and some small light marks to rear board), all edges a little rubbed, a little bruising to spine ends, page edges thumbed. Two match-head size brown spots to upper margin of three or four leaves, otherwise unmarked. Overall a solid and very serviceable VG copy (lacks dust jacket).
