Michael Cecchetelli, the author of Scarlet Imprint's "Crossed Keys," expounds an ancient system of magick that is said to have languished for centuries, surviving only in fragmentary form in academic or anthropological studies of ancient religions. This system fused transcendent rites of evocation and initiation with practical workings for attainment of wealth and power. Himself a practicing magician, Cecchetelli has attempted to stay true to the original texts from which he draws, but where necessary has not shied away from elaborating, altering, or adding to them in order to produce this, a workable grimoire, that is intelligible to the modern occultist. "The Book of Abrasax" includes chapters on spacial, protective, amorous, wealth, curse, and transcendent operations. Leather of rear board has a faint vertical impression (about the size of a pencil) that is clearly a binder's fault or a fault in the leather.
