The first US edition of the first book in Grant's "Typhonian Trilogy," in which he posits links between various ancient traditions and the occult practices of Aleister Crowley, Austin Osman Spare, Dion Fortune etc. A copy that has been read numerous times with a good bit of minor aging and wear to the cloth, all edges rubbed with some chafing to cloth at edges and points, edges of text block unevenly darkened and with two coffee (?) splashes, one to top edge and one to fore-edge. Pages toned. No internal marks. Overall Good+ condition in Good + dust jacket. (Dust jacket worn at all edges and extremities, numerous small chips and tears, large chip to upper spine, price clipped, now in protective mylar cover).
